Information We Collect

The app asks for your first name only to greet you inside the app. Your name, XP points, course progress, your language preference, the most recent Detect result you requested (so you can open it again) and the timestamps used for the app's fair-use limits are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or share this information. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and requires no account.

The only information we keep on our server is the purchase record described under "Subscriptions, Lifetime Access and Credits".

Subscriptions, Lifetime Access and Credits

Subscriptions, the lifetime purchase and credit packs are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, e-mail address, or payment details.

To activate your subscription or lifetime access and to keep your credit balance, the app sends Apple's signed purchase confirmation (the transaction identifiers, the product identifier, the purchase and expiry dates) over an encrypted connection to our server, which verifies it with Apple. Our server then stores the transaction identifiers, the product identifier, the purchase date and your current credit balance. This record is tied only to the transaction identifier issued by Apple, not to your name, your e-mail address, or your device, and it is used solely to recognize your subscription or lifetime access, to apply the included analysis allowances and to add and spend credits. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is not shared with anyone.

The Detect Feature

When you choose to analyze a chart photo, the image you select or take is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the analysis you requested. Images are processed to produce your result and are not stored by us.

When you view or analyze an asset from the in-app market lists, the app requests recent public market data (prices, candles, market capitalization and related market statistics) from our server, which sources it from market-data providers. No personal information is included in these requests.

When you request a Fundamental analysis, the name of the selected asset and your chosen language are sent to our server and to our AI provider, which searches publicly available news and on-chain reports and returns an educational summary with links to the original articles. No personal information is included. Tapping an article link opens the publisher's website in your browser, which is governed by that website's own privacy policy.

When you use Detect, your approximate country (derived from your IP address by our infrastructure provider) is used only to determine whether the service is available in your region; we do not store IP addresses.

On launch, the app asks our server for the minimum supported app version so it can prompt you to update when a version is no longer supported; this request contains no personal information. All other features of the app work fully offline.

Reporting a Bug

The "Report a bug" option opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to us that includes the app version, iOS version and device model. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the email.

Data Sharing

Apart from the image you explicitly submit through Detect (shared with our AI provider only to generate your analysis), the asset names needed to fetch market data and news, and the purchase confirmation exchanged with Apple to verify your purchases, no data is shared with any third party.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data, including your name, progress, language preference and saved Detect result. Detect images are not stored, so there is nothing further to delete. The purchase record on our server is kept only as long as it is needed to provide your subscription, lifetime access and credits; to have it deleted, contact us at the address below (your credit balance is lost when the record is deleted).

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
